Returns & exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned with original tags attached and in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your merchandise in the original shipping box or a sturdy alternative, ensuring all original tags are included, and attach the return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location or drop box; you will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed and your refund is issued.
